Instructions to submit order form:

After filling out information click "Submit"
A window will pop-up:

Choose the first option if you have an e-mail account through an application such as: Outlook, Outlook Express, Entourage, Mail, Eudora, etc.
Click "Send Data File" and your e-mail will open and attach the file. Click "Send"

Choose the second option if you have an e-mail account through an internet service such as aol, yahoo, hotmail, etc.
Follow the instructions to save the form to your computer. Open your e-mail and attach the saved data file. Copy and paste the e-mail address. Click "Send"
